Manager - IT Sales (8-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy and Business Development :

- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets for IT Security, Managed Services, and IT Infrastructure.

- Identify and qualify leads, convert them into business opportunities, and manage the entire sales cycle.

- Engage with C-level executives and IT decision-makers to understand business requirements and present tailored solutions.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor.

- Conduct regular client meetings, present solution roadmaps, and provide insights into emerging trends within IT security, managed services, and infrastructure.

- Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and identify new opportunities for business growth.

3. Technical Consulting and Solution Selling

- Leverage in-depth technical knowledge to develop customized solutions that address specific client needs in security, infrastructure, and managed services.

- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to communicate the value of proposed solutions.

- Work closely with the presales and solutions architecture team to design and position comprehensive IT solutions.

4. Collaboration and Coordination

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Presales, Delivery, and Support, to create cohesive and compelling value propositions.

- Maintain close coordination with the technical team to ensure the solutions delivered align with the client's expectations and business requirements.

5. Market Analysis and Product Knowledge :


- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in IT security, managed services, and infrastructure.

- Provide feedback and insights on market demands, service improvements, and competitive landscape to drive the enhancement of existing services and solutions.

6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting :

- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.

- Use CRM tools effectively to manage the sales funnel and document client interactions and deal progress.

Requirements :

- Experience : 8-10 years in technical sales or business development in IT Security Services, Managed Services, or IT Infrastructure.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field. Advanced technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, ITIL) are a plus.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT security solutions, managed services, cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and IT service management.

- Sales Skills: Demonstrated experience in consultative selling, negotiating, and closing large deals with senior stakeholders.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt solutions to meet client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets within IT security, managed services, or IT infrastructure domains.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
