Job Description :


Praruh Technologies Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.


- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.


- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.


- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.


- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.


- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.


2. Proven track record of success in sales management, with a experience in B2B sales is a Plus.


3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.


4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.


6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


7. Experience in the technology industry is preferred.


8. Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.


9. Willingness to travel as needed.
