Manager - IT Sales (3-5 yrs)
This is a full-time on-site role.
As a Manager IT Sales, your daily tasks will include managing and growing the services sales business in the region, building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and delivering value-added services. You will work closely with the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
As a Manager IT Sales, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions in Network Security, Application and Cloud Security, Network Infrastructure, Data Centre, and Cybersecurity.
Your KRA' s will include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, creating account plans, and driving sales in Mumbai, India.
Skills :
- Min 3 - 5 years experience in Services Sales in IT security and IT Solutions in BFSI/Telecom sector in India
- In-depth knowledge of Cloud Security, Application, and Cybersecurity/Network Security products and solutions.
- Proven track record in customer/account relations for business opportunities.
- Experience of working with CISOs and CIOs of various domains of Industries.
- Strong ability to capture and update opportunities in the sales funnel.
- Exceptional skills in maintaining and building customer relationships.
- Ability to align customer business objectives with our offerings.
- Proficiency in creating opportunities, account plans, and accurate forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High degree of customer orientation and ability to add value through sales.
- Knowledge of the Telecom, BFSI, IT/ITes, Enterprise, Govt, and Defence industries
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in IT Solutions and IT Security
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, and cloud solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred Industry To Headhunt: BFSI and Telecom
Salary : Decent CTC (70% fixed and 30% variable including retention bonus) + annual performance bonus
Job Location : Mumbai/Chennai/Kolkata
Interview Rounds : 4 rounds (3 virtual and 1 F2F)
