Manager - Investment Sales - BFSI (1-10 yrs)
Seeking a results-driven leader to manage the team, boost revenue, develop strategies, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain compliance standards.
Roles And Responsibilities::
- Oversee designated bank branches and point-of-sale (POS) systems to meet brokerage and revenue objectives.
- Achieve a target of at least 75 Demat accounts each month in alignment with sales objectives.
- Facilitate three client meetings each day and make regular visits to assigned branches.
- Effectively execute and track promotional initiatives.
- Enhance and optimize the POS/Br system.
- Organize four training sessions each month for partners and bank personnel.
- Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly management information system (MIS) reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (preferred)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and channel management, with a focus on BFSI/broking
- Familiarity with broking, capital markets, and banking
- Possession of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (mandatory)
- Proficient in relationship management and knowledgeable about financial products
- Exceptional communication skills
