Manager - International Sales - Recruitment Business (2-5 yrs)
Job Description -
- Recruit Advisors and drive sales through them
- Recruitment of 5 to 7 Financial Advisors through own contacts and networks(who will work with you as an insurance advisors on commission basis)
- Generate Business through Own source and those financial Advisors
- There will be no monthly target of the company
- Counseling and motivating the advisors
- Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically
- Involving in field sales
- Implementation of Strategies designed by the Branch Managers
- Increase market reach and penetration
- Generate leads
- Consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities
- Candidates from insurance or Non insurance sales background preferred
Location - Coimbatore

Desired Candidate Profile -
# Any Graduate having minimum 2.5 yrs of experience into sales.
# Excellent Communication skill with pleasant personality.
