Manager : International Sales

Job Location : Mumbai (Sakinaka)

Qualification Required : Graduate; Advanced Diploma in EXIM will be preferred

Experience Expected : About 12 - 15 years of experience in handling of Export Sales and EXIM Activities; preferably in Pigments / Dyes /Paints Manufacturing Organizations.

- Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the organization to an agreed annual target of invoiced revenue.

- Enhance business relationship with existing clients.

- Presenting the organization's products to potential clients/agents through direct communication, telephone calls and emails.

- Responsible for identification of new customers, requirement analysis, sample approvals and vendor registration.

- Responsible for price negotiations, terms & conditions finalization and order closing.

- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following the organization's procedure.

- You will have individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self manage; Support is available from the Managing Partner for complex large pitches and strategies.

- Supervising EXIM executives to ensure documentation is accurately completed and on time

- Ability to closely co-ordinate with Factory and CHA to ensure on-time shipment of orders

- Effectively interact with other departments for ensuring that highest levels of Customer Service is provided to the Customer and payment cycles are maintained.

- Reporting to Top Management on Sales Performance

Skill Sets Expected :

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Proven record of International Sales

- Knowledge of EXIM Rules & Documentation Requirements
