Manager - International Sales - Pharma/Healthcare/LifeScience/Medical Devices (4-18 yrs)
- Must have Sales experience of Pharma/Healthcare/LifeScience/Medical Devices product to Hospitals or larger institutional sales
- Must be from a Science background
- Open for extensive international travel
- Highly presentable & Excellent verbal & written communication skills is mandatory
- Devise and implement sales strategies and initiatives by working with International sales leaders and corporate sales and marketing functions to size market potential and create plans.
- Identify geographical and industry coverage gaps; analyze and prioritize options; ramp up new channel partners following the established process.
- Attend critical meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate.
- Provide technical assistance to International sales staff in the application and specification of Company products, also in rolling out new product introductions to distributor and remote sales staff.
- Travel to customer or distributor locations in pursuit of new business or in support of existing business.
- Be a market-sensing leader that obtains competitive knowledge and relays critical information to other internal departments
- Leverage reports, external market data, potential customer databases to set annual sales targets and to properly focus field sales team members
- Attend management meetings and present our company's sales performance and make recommendations for future
