Manager - International Sales - Laminates/Plywood (5-13 yrs)
Job Discription:
- Opening New Market in East and Central Africa (assigned Countries).
- The ability to understand and work in diverse cultures.
- Frequent Travel required overseas to meet clients / new lead generation and achieve sales targets.
- Should able to meet sales volume & Ensure receivables are timely collected.
- Should have experience in sales presentation and actions plans for potential new clients.
- Produce monthly sales report for MIS.
- Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance business growth.
- Develop, Monitor and control distribution network.
- Capture new markets through effective sales drive.
- Execute and supervise the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection;
- Track credit and/or payment performance, review outstanding settlements, and manage resolutions accordingly.
- Generate sales for the entire product line in terms of long-term revenue and profitability.
- Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectives.
- Promote the product(s) and the company within the Region;
- Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities, monitor progress, and raise recommendations as and when necessary.
Principle accountabilities:
- Appointment of distributors for assigned products.
- To implement sales strategy for LAMINATES, CLADS & MIKASA FLOORS.
- Implement technical sales, solution selling and will be accountable for executing the plan and exceeding sales targets of related products.
- Maintain and update project details in CRM.
- Updation and prediction of sales funnel and target achievement.
- Conducting product training and product awareness program/Activities.
- Stock coordination and liquidation of stocks with local stockiest/importer on emerging market trends and prepare business case for launching the same.
- Track monthly sales and align marketing initiatives according to the product.
