Experience Range : 5-15 years
CTC: Open for negotiation
Note: The candidate should have experience in selling High End Fee courses starting from 2.0 -2.50 LAKHS).International experience is not mandatory.
Overall Purpose of the Role :
- Responsible for providing the lead on program launches for a number of international strategic customer engagements, driving the sales and delivery of Digital education programs
- Work with business stakeholders on identifying, validating and implementing concepts, define guidelines for stakeholder management and communication stakeholder requirements.
- Contribute directly to the overall organization and P&L strategy both in terms of project delivery frameworks, governance and interfaces with the other functional areas of the business.
- Create and manage Digital program sales plan gateways, functional milestones and deliverables
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement best strategies and improve business performance in terms of maintaining P&L
- Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process
- Take ownership of the Digital program management
- Ensure programs reviews are regularly and effectively conducted to drive plan, monitor and control the delivery of programs to schedule, budget and to the agreed quality
- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
- Produce written reports and make presentations
- Undertake continuous training and development
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and forecast
