- We are seeking a high-achieving individual to take charge of the next phase of our growth, driving strategic account growth and building relationships with decision-makers and influencers, including Managing Directors, Senior Vice Presidents, and leaders from world-class US law firms and attorneys in leading ALSP.
- We are looking for an individual who will identify business opportunities to cross-sell different Legal and Healthcare services offerings in our top Enterprise accounts to generate revenue and increase our market share. You will get an opportunity to work with over 300+ Legal Clients in the USA and U.K. region.
- This position requires a person who has the ability to recognize opportunities, along with sales experience to successfully negotiate and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining prospects and customer lists based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
- Manage day-to-day meetings and sales calls with law firms, attorneys, general counsels throughout the USA.
- Promote the company's legal and paralegal support solutions within the legal and healthcare industry.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand specific opportunities,leads,and engagements. Cultivate new relationships in the client org by discovering and connecting with respective stakeholders.
- Develop distinctive sales approaches to secure more business than competitors.
- Continuously seek out promising new business opportunities across the United States.
- Make sure to participate in networking events that are relevant to your goals and interests.
- Successfully finalizing sales and surpassing sales objectives
What does the candidate require for this role?
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, sales, or marketing, combined with quick learning ability, the skill to establish trust over the phone, and an understanding of market dynamics and prospects.
- 3+ years' experience handling the B2B segment in the legal/KPO industry will be preferred.
- Demonstrated presentation, customer service, and selling skills, and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- The ideal candidate should be a highly energetic, socially focused, people person who is flexible and can thrive in a fast-paced environment while also being able to contribute as an individual.
