Manager - International Sales/Business Development - IT (3-5 yrs)
Purpose :
- Monitoring effective implementation of international business development activities.
- Developing individual business plans for each country.
- Administering and developing initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.
- Analyzing business strategies and developing improvement plans.
- Develop and lead the business development team.
Accountabilities :
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, conducting research, and assessing competitors.
- Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand the company's global market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Develop and manage partnerships and joint ventures with other companies to expand the company's reach in international markets.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and assess market potential.
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to support international business development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and legal, to support international business development activities.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, market share, and profitability.
Technical Experience :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales
- Should have 3+ years of experience in International sales
- Candidates should have experience with US/Europe/APEC/Middle East markets
- Excellent knowledge of IT Products and services
- Experience in B2B Sales
- Knowledge in end-to-end sales
