Manager - International Sales & Business Development - Food Division (10-18 yrs)

Job Role: This position will be responsible for maximizing company's sales volume in institutional and retail sales. This position will involve a high degree of international travel and suited to a confident & organized sale professional who has worked in the similar role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a business plan and strategy to attain company's sales goals and profitability
- Prepare plan to identify potential institutional and retail customers
- Develop contacts and personal relationships with customers
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance
- Obtain competitor's customer lists and their pricing on the quarterly basis
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports to the senior management on pricing, sales volumes, competition, etc.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and implement the same in the department
- Participate in potential food exhibitions and build company's positive image in the international markets.
- Experience in handling institutional sales
- Good in developing a personal relationship with clients
- Willing to make frequent international travels and should have international travel experience
- A good team player
- If you have experience in selling the product in Bulk than you are suitable for this position (We prefer candidates only from Food industry)
