International sales manager
What you have to do :
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Train and coach sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development
- Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of products and services
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
What we need: -
- Fluent in English i.e., Excellent in written and verbal. Uk accent preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to Analyze sales data and develop sales strategies
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ready to work in UK shift.
