Manager - International Marketing - Steel (7-15 yrs)
Experience : 7 years minimum in any Steel Industry

Job Roles :
- Should be able to develop new strategies for steel products or propose the enhancement of existing products.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify new markets and potential selling opportunities.
- Should be able to monitor and analyze competitor's business activities and advise management.
- Stay in close contact with the market and its participants like end-users, contractors, traders and prospective buyers to understand market needs.
- Propose loyalty schemes/ discounts/ any other product promotion that can help in adding new customers, retain existing and increasing sales volume.
- Set specific marketing goals that align with the corporate goals. Ensures marketing strategies align with overall business strategy.
- Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI.
- Prepare Sales Forecast, periodic reports, presentations etc. in timely manner.
- Generate innovative ideas to promote the brand and steel products in the markets.
- Monitor the customer preferences, buying patterns, proposing new products, Buy & Sell opportunities (if any) that may generate additional revenue.
- Perform in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and establish market trends.
- Helps shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience
- Conducting competitive intelligence analysis in international market
