- Competitor and Industry Research for Proposals and Existing clients
- Talent & Location Analysis for clients across India on various skills.
- End to end Business Development from Lead Generation to Account Management
- Identified New opportunities/Clients for the organization and closed the same.
- Conduct corporate business research on Competitors in Tender industry and suggest best practices around client -acquisition, client research queries, client retention & resource development.
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate business development team and business unit heads to proactively identify business development requirements.
- Collaborate with the company"s other departments to ensure an integrated marketing plan
- Perform various research activities on requirement basis.
- Study competition. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and potential market and revenue for new products, Build and strengthen key relationships with clients and key external partners & Participate in the development of pricing strategy, revenue projections, and target market share
- Reaching International Prospects/Business Houses who are in the business of participating in global/ international tenders, by Calling/mailing.
- Ensure quality and quantity of meetings and lead generation within agreed SLAs and timelines.
- Updating collateral's on an ongoing basis for the sales team.
