Role - International Marketing Manager ( Food Product - International Market)
Location - Chennai
Job Purpose :
- The position is responsible to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing & business development plan in global food & food ingredients industry to gain reasonable market in the desired industry segment.
Key Accountabilities :
- Responsible to develop marketing/brand promotion budgets in line with organization business strategy
- Develop and recommend product positioning, packing, and pricing strategy to gain the market share on short term and long-term approach
- Devise a plan on conceptual selling in desired product segment through B2B and B2C model. Deal with global procurement Heads and Research Heads
- Execute various product promotion activities i.e. web, Ecommerce platform, Instagram, and social media. Deal with High end super markets and high-end market segments i.e. duty-free outlets in Airports, Metros and malls
- Reach out potential client in Schengen countries and partner with leading companies to gain reasonable market share
- Monitor competitor products, sales, marketing activities and work on innovative approaches
- Travel extensively to promote the brand, participate in various global expo for long term business contracts
- Develop team and build healthy working relationships with clients
Experience :
- Minimum 5 -15 years of experience in leading global companies in food and food ingredients sector. Incumbent should have working experience in in original manufacturing companies .
- Strong exposure in dealt with South African countries markets. Flexible for extensive traveling and attend conference calls in other time zones is desirable. Age should be between 30 - 45 years
