Manager - International Inside Sales - IT (6-15 yrs)
- Identifies Account potential by qualifying Contacts/Leads
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding Project requirements.
- Works alongside sales leaders in closing sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Expands sales by tapping in new accounts.
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from contacts/leads in the prescribed market.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned market
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Regional heads, Sales support & Marketing) to improve the entire sales process.
- This position may require occasional travel
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors in the respective market
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the account
- Schedule meeting with prospect leads with Business development Manager
- Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business from assigned market
- Attending client E-meetings for Sales Pitch
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with new clients
- Create & meet market sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Follow-up with International prospects regularly through various means
- Maintain & update all data logs in CRM on Realtime basis
Requirements :
- Proven relevant work experience as an International Sales account manager of at least 6 years
- Hands on experience in sales
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to deliver elevator pitch to Global C level executives
- Ability to Farm new leads & generate business globally
- Bachelors in relevant area. Post-graduation will be preferred
