Manager - International Business Development - Recruitment Firm (5-10 yrs)
Developing new business and managing key accounts for KNR's Executive Search services across the regions of India, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Key Focus Responsibilities :
- Engage and strategize with senior-level executives and CXO's at prospect companies.
- Generate new business and create a strong pipeline industry-wise and focus on meetings with prospects for their talent acquisition and leadership hiring needs.
- Develop and cultivate business relationships with companies & their Senior Executives like VP- s, Heads and Director's (HR).
- Use internet resources, social media, cold calling, gate crashing for gathering leads.
- Proactively provide smart client research and industry-specific information.
- Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.
- Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls.
- Maintaining the database of clients and the agreements sent.
- Work with internal team to assure timely delivery of services to clients and assure that client's expectations are met.
- Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals.
Qualifications & Qualities candidates should possess :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relationships with key decision-makers at leading companies.
- Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery.
- Understand how recruitment & Executive search business works and the ability to explain in ordinary terms.
- Revenue driven and result focused professionals will add greater value to this role
- MBA degree holders (or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
