We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in staff augmentation, contract staffing, and a strong client network. You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets, expanding the client base, and contributing to the company's international success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the UK and Australia markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on staff augmentation and contract staffing opportunities.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to identify and engage potential leads.
- Drive revenue generation with a proven track record of achieving at least $25,000 USD per month.
- Understand and manage both internal and external processes effectively for seamless client handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies to provide informed solutions to clients.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Exhibit critical thinking and decision-making skills to tackle challenges and deliver results.
Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Experience: Prior experience in Staffing, C2H, and Staff Augmentation in the APAC,Middle East,UK and Australia regions.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Tools Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Sales Navigator and Apollo.
Energetic and Dynamic: A self-starter with a hunger for achieving targets and driving results.
Technology Awareness: Solid understanding of various technologies to handle diverse client requirements.
Leadership: Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams effectively.
