We are hiring for a leading pharma company based at Sion Mumbai.

Budget upto - 15-17LPA

Requirements:

- Proven track record (3-5+ years) from a reputed company in International Business development, Sales and Marketing within Central/Latin America and other emerging markets in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Should have experience into Formulations division.

- Solid experience in B2B business with a focus on commercial aspects.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Role Overview :

- As the Manager of International Business Development (Commercial), you will spearhead the expansion of our business into new territories.

- Your primary focus will be on leveraging your Sales and Marketing experience, specifically within Central/Latin America and other emerging markets. Your expertise in B2B business for Formulation and core commercial acumen will be pivotal in driving our international growth strategy.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and establish our presence in Central/Latin America and other emerging markets.

- Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to align business strategies and drive revenue growth.

- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities within targeted regions.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners to foster business expansion.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, offering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment to further enhance your career trajectory.
