Manager - Internal Communication (5-7 yrs)
Profile is meant to execute internal communications (to support HR/ other functions)
- Lead the development of communication content across all media channels (newsletter, websites, social media, etc.) to increase awareness of the organization's mission and encourage employees & followers to become constituents
- Take necessary briefing from key stakeholders / HODs (HR, Finance, etc) to create & execute communication via emails, Social media, etc. for internal employees.
- Handle sensitive information and communications with utmost discretion and integrity, and make sound judgments regarding public disclosure of information.
- Translate complex briefings into simple, easy to understand, memorable messages and communication vehicles, in line with the brand guidelines.
- Experience in developing content for internal and external inquiries. Content & narrative development experience for social media, websites, newsletters & internal communication activity.
- Ability to manage cross-functional relations to develop communication content.
- Excellent communication skills, Bulk eMailing solutions, (sendinblue, MailChimp, Eloqua, etc.), copy writing, designing (Adobe Photoshop)
