Manager/Intern/Executive - Business Development - Advertising Firm (2-5 yrs)
Hiring for a UK based company :
- Business Development Manager (Exp. 3-4 Years of Experience).
- Business Development Executive (1-2 Years of Experience)
- Business Development Interns
Responsibilities :
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead the pitch
- Identify trends and client needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices.
- Handle client objections and grievances with persuasion and skill
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree preferably BBA/MBA or related discipline
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with sales techniques for the BDM role
- 0 - 1 year of experience for BDA and interns- (- Fresher Can also Apply)
