Manager - Institutional Sales - Preventive Medicine/Vaccines (5-15 yrs)
The Client :
A renowned player in the preventive medicine (vaccines) distribution in Bangalore currently in expansion mode.
The Role :
- Lead the Institutional Sales business for the company as a part of the growth agenda.
Indicative deliverables including but not limited to :
- Maximize new business opportunities through relationship building with hospitals, physicians, small group practices, solo practices and other health service providers.
- Present therapeutic products and creatively teach people about their usage
- Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient. Build relationships with the institution throughout the buying process and coordinate for seam less order fulfillment.
- Build trust and credibility and become a true collaborator in commercial success
The person :
Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has :
- A bachelor's degree with about 3 to 8 years of experience selling relevant products to institutions / corporate hospitals.
- A proven track record of sales success with a good understanding of overall buying process of the hospitals.
- The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate and an action-oriented work ethic
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage a team.
