Manager - Institutional Sales - Mutual Fund (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Managing Institutional Clients that are currently investing with Mutual Fund and advising the product suite of AMC
- Identify potential new clients and get them on board
- Working closely with Bank corporate business units for enhancing market share and acquisition of new clients for MF
- Strengthen working relationships with current Institutional distributors to entrench the MF brand and advance sales. The engagement with distributors should include:
- Providing updated marketing material
- Regular client meetings based on the client segmentation model.
- Training of sales and operational teams.
- Strong relationship management skills with sound understanding of MF and structured products
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills
- Perseverance & Patience
- Self-starter, self-motivated, Go-getter
- Minimum of 3 years of sales, preferably in mutual fund industry
- Experience set with both AMC (Institutional Sales) and private banking (managing HNI portfolios) is preferred
- AMFI/NISM certified
- Knowledge of financial products and environment
- Other added certifications like NCFM modules, CFP will be added advantages
Post Graduate, preferably management graduate
- AMFI/NISM certified
