Manager - Institutional Sales - EduTech (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Build a database of schools in the assigned territory.
2. Make high impact pitches to school management online or face to face and get academic buy-in.
3. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. This includes convincing
key stakeholders not limited to the school principals and teachers.
4. Commercial negotiations & closing deals.
5. Follow established sales processes and policies.
Essential Skills :
1. Experience in B2B ed-tech space is a must.
2. 5-10 years of relevant experience in Sales with a consultative selling approach.
3. MBA ideally but not necessary for a good candidate.
4. Highly motivated and collaborative team player with an ability to work in a fast paced & high-growth environment.
5. A salesperson with exceptional communication, persuasion & negotiation.
