Experience - 8 to 15 years in Institutional Sales in FMCG
Education - MBA

Purpose :
Cashew Sales in India will be driven under 2 major channels, wholesale & institutional. Out of these 2 channels of sales, institutional sales is more sustainable in terms of continuous liquidity of product and sales at a premium. This role's main purpose is to identify, plan and execute institutional sales across all food segments like Biscuits & Bakery, Sweets & Namkeens, Ice-Creams, Confectionary, Modern Retail & FMCG etc
Responsibilities :
1. Achieve sales volume in institutional segment
2. Achieve desired premium in sales price over wholesale segment
3. Identify & induct new customers from institutional segment
4. Identify & right-size existing customer base basis the performance of the customer
5. Dispute resolution
6. Payment collection / recovery
7. Competitional tracking & MIS reporting
