Manager - Institutional Sales - B2B Segment - Horeca (3-7 yrs)
Role: Sales Manager (B2B sales - Horeca / Institutional / Bulk sales)
Location: Surat/ Remote Location (WFH)
Budget: Up to 10 LPA
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential partners across different partner segments who can help get access to different territories, market segment and ultimately broaden its customer base.
- Actively engage in Horeca, Institutional sales, Bulk sales and development activities by following the standard partner recruitment framework.
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Identify non-performing partners and create a plan to enable them or to replace them with performing partners
