Manager - Institutional Sales (7-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive institutional sales in the assigned territory.
- Identify and target key institutional clients such as hotels, restaurants, caterers, and corporate offices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with institutional clients, ensuring profitable agreements for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives for the assigned territory.
Key Skills and Competencies :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the institutional sales process and dynamics.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
