Manager - Inside Sales - US Market (1-5 yrs)
1. Responsible for managing the entire B2C sales for the assigned region/products/BU to drive greater value for the business. He/she would manage and drive the inside sales teams.
2. Develop the business plan and execute the sales strategy.
3. Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings
4. Providing necessary training to the sales force on product knowledge, institutional dealing and customer handling
