Manager - Inside Sales - Travel Package Business (1-3 yrs)
Experience : 1 year of experience in telesales, specializing in domestic package sales
Graduation : Mandatory
CTC : INR 25,000 - 30,000 in hand
Gender Preference : Female candidates only
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a high volume of calls efficiently and effectively.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Research and address customer problems promptly.
- Conduct morning huddles to communicate daily objectives to the team.
- Handle call escalations and provide assistance to customer service executives.
- Achieve sales targets through telesales, utilizing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements :
- 1 year of experience in telesales, specifically in domestic travel package sales.
- Proficient in selling travel packages over the phone.
- Knowledge of travel itineraries and destinations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Graduation is a must.
