Manager - Inside Sales - SaaS (4-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Manage top of the funnel for Medium and Large Businesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with business goals.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and interactions.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and determine the appropriate next steps for engagement.
- Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our SaaS logistics solutions and assess their needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Inside sales in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience with managing and maintaining CRM databases.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects and -articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
