As an Inside Sales Representative at EvueMe, you'll play a crucial role in generating and engaging leads within the mass recruitment sector. This hybrid role combines lead generation with inside sales responsibilities, focusing on companies with large hiring needs and high attrition. You'll handle initial outreach, build relationships, and drive potential clients to demo our AI recruitment platform
This role requires expertise in lead generation tools, data mining, and targeted email marketing. You will also need to be highly skilled in using LinkedIn effectively to engage and nurture potential clients, ultimately driving them toward adopting EvueMe's innovative AI recruitment platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Target companies with high-volume hiring needs (e.g., 1000+ employees), especially those with high attrition rates.
- Prospect Engagement: Utilize LinkedIn, email, and other channels to identify, connect with, and nurture potential clients. Initiate meaningful conversations to showcase EvueMe's value in enhancing their recruitment processes.
- Product Demo Scheduling: Persuade qualified prospects to book demos, highlighting our platform's unique capabilities in transforming hiring efficiency.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.
- Data-Driven Outreach Optimization: Analyze metrics to refine outreach strategies, improve conversion rates, and maximize engagement.
