Manager - Inside Sales - Real Estate (2-3 yrs)
Job Summary :
The Inside Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and coordinating with sales representatives. This role involves nurturing leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining strong client relationships, all through remote or office-based interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Management : Oversee and manage incoming leads from various sources, ensuring prompt follow-up, nurturing, and conversion.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement inside sales strategies to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Client Engagement : Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, understanding their needs and offering appropriate real estate solutions.
- Sales Process : Manage the entire sales process remotely, from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
- Market Knowledge : Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Reporting & Analytics : Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Key Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience : 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in real estate.
- Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a strong track record of closing deals.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using CRM systems, property listing platforms, and digital communication tools.
- Negotiation & Problem-Solving : Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle client objections effectively.
- Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and drive results in a remote or office-based setup.
- Languages : Proficiency in English and local languages (preferred).
