Job Role - Inside Sales Manager (Publishing Industry)

Job Descriptions:

- A graduate / post graduate degree (humanities / STEM)

- Identify new sales opportunities by handling both inbound and outbound calls to follow up

- Need to do cold calling and lead generation activities and generate new business opportunities for our product from the publishing domain.

- Should update the sales CRM on a daily basis. Identify three prospects in a given day and bring two opportunities in a week

- Weekly metrics - two qualified opportunities and three meetings in a week. Achieve monthly / quarterly targets

Job Specification:

1. 8+ years of Inside Sales with US / UK region experience is must (Mandatory) (>80% US UK)

2. Strong in Cold Calling - Dailing 60 plus Calls in a day

3. Experience in selling publishing services to publishers and edtech companies is must

4. Team Handling experience - with min of 3 years how team management

5. Handling a team of 3 - 5-member, Planning, Delegation, Motivation of the team

6. Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills

7. Reaching out to stakeholders via emails and LinkedIn (check if this is done in the current role)

8. Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills

9. Proven track record in achieving sales targets (day to day activities, no. of calls they do, meetings scheduled)

10. Strong understanding of Inside sales roles, familiarity with tools

11. Achieve monthly / quarterly targets

12. Experienced in publishing industry or edtech or eLearning industry

13. Ability to work as an individual & as a team

14. Ability to manage a team of ISEs


- Experience in handling end-to-end sales
