Manager - Inside Sales/Lead Generation - IT (13-16 yrs)

- The candidate should be from a service based company (IT-Software) and should have understanding of technical sales.
- Should have understanding of Digital Technologies.
- Should have managed a team of Lead Generation.
- Must have exposure towards American Market Experience in his current role.
- Should be comfortable in US timing.
- Immediate to 30 Days Joiner preferred.
Job Summary :
- Innover Digital is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to supervise our sales team. They follow up on leads through remote outreach methods, such as phone, email, and other social media channels. The internal Sales Lead Manager will also motivate and coach team members to increase sales. The Manager will devise and track KPIs relevant to the group's performance, including overall customer satisfaction, sales growth, and response time. Applicants must have at least 8-10 years of inside sales experience and be knowledgeable about the Technologies and Back-office services sales to the customer base in North America. We are looking for a results-driven individual who is an expert in employing phone closing techniques.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate efforts with competencies/CoEs to build the write scripts for the agents
- Supervise inside sales team as they follow up on leads
- Hire and onboard new employees and motivate & coach team members
- Set goals and develop strategies to increase sales
- Prepare sales forecasts
- Track relevant KPIs
- Follow up with agents to ensure that customer interaction, transactions, and timely follow-ups are made.
- Encourage agents to build research capabilities before targeting prospects.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- Inside sales experience (5+ years preferred)
- Highly knowledgeable about the Technology and Back office Services Industry
- Phone communication skills
- Willingness to work US Eastern time zone.
- Computer proficiency, particularly with CRM software
