Manager - Inside Sales - IT Products (4-5 yrs)
About the role:
Manage a team to generate demand for our IT products among corporate target segment and convert them to lead, nurture the account and close sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team which can source new leads by researching accounts, identifying key stakeholders and generating interest for the product via calls and emails.
- Train team to acquire strong product knowledge and build strong client relationships with existing clients and enhance business scope with them
- Coach and manage the team to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement and other relevant departments of client organizations.
- Provide product demos, and commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals over phone and emails along with team members
- Should achieve quarterly targets and annual quota.
Candidate requirements:
- Excellent English Communication Skills.
- Neutral Indian Accent in English
- Quick learner and smart thinker
- Flexibility to work in Rotational and Day Shifts (No Night shifts) between 9 am IST to 6 pm IST.
- Flexibility to extend in case of business requirements
- A Good Team Player with a desire to learn, perform and grow.
- High-level Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- 5 years of experience in handling a team of at least 5 members.
