Manager - Inside Sales - IT (8-12 yrs)
Position responsibilities include:
- Create, implement, and own campaign strategies to generate new prospects by working directly with sales, marketing, and operations
- Provide coaching and lead inside sales to achieve monthly and quarterly target.
- Gather customer requirements and answer any initial questions regarding Origin's services and capabilities
- Ensure call logs and activities are updated in CRM.
- Generate activity and funnel report on daily, weekly, monthly interactions with prospective clients.
- Prepare Presentations and other Marketing Collaterals
- Be a contributor and assist in the development of sales training material
- Be updated with industry trends as well as the competitive posture of the company
- Help company understand various trends in the market and communicate it within various stakeholders including Sales, Marketing & Technical, to ensure our long-term competitive edge.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Business/Management)
- Experience in marketing automation will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
