Manager - Inside Sales - IT (7-15 yrs)

Chapter247 Infotech is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team dedicated to exceeding sales targets for our IT service offerings.

Job Location: Indore, M.P. (Work from Office)

Requirements

Education: A bachelor's/ Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales management role in the IT services industry

Industry Knowledge:

- Deep understanding of the IT Service Industry and familiarity with inside sales best practices and techniques.

- Should have understanding of software development lifecycle, technology services & solutions.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

- Understanding and lead generation experience in International Sales

Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets.

Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team, clients and internal stakeholders.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Customer Focus : Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.

Technology Proficiency :

Proficiency in CRM software and pipeline management tools like Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, Notion, MS Excel etc.

Expertise in using lead generation tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, crunchbase, zoominfo, discoverorg and other lead gen platforms, networking platforms, etc.

Documentation:

- Proficient with Technical requirement gathering and analysis

- Ability to create SOW, SRD, FRD, BRD,etc based on Project requirements.

- Ability to create impressive marketing campaigns

- Plan and create reports and sales presentations

Added Advantage:

- Experience in Data Analysis Tools like tableau, Power BI, etc.

- Experience with bidding platforms like upwork, guru, freelancer, etc

- Experience in participating in IT Expos and events

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to achieve and exceed sales quotas for IT services.

- Coach and mentor ISRs, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge of IT services.

- Plan, manage and implement effective sales funnels, marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.

- Conduct extensive research on new and existing accounts, competition and manage target accounts lists

- Showcase proficiency in pipeline management methodologies and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads/opportunities for the sales team.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT service offerings and industry trends to identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.

- Generate reports to track sales performance, team performance, sales pipeline, and key metrics for informed decision-making.

- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations.

- Ensure adherence to company sales methodologies and suggest improvement to processes.

- Handle customer queries, resolve objections and negotiate contracts.

- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions, training sessions by delivery teams and also by external sales coaches
