Manager - Inside Sales - IT (5-8 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) Hire, Train, and Manage a team of Lead generation Reps primarily responsible for creating inbound sales opportunities
2) Motivate Individuals and Teams to exceed objectives through coaching, weekly one-on-ones, daily metric tracking and creative incentives
3) Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
4) Oversee and monitor the effective use of CRM tools
5) Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales Operations to refine processes, talk tracks and update training documentation
6) Ensure positive and collaborative working relationships with both the Marketing and Sales organizations to maximize the revenue.
7) Provide ongoing feedback to Lead Generation team to help drive the highest quality results from the Sales team
8) Compile daily and weekly reports for quality assurance and to drive active feedback
Basic Requirements :
- 5+ years experience in SaaS sales management for Inside Sales, Business Development preferably in technology sales
- Proven skill set of identifying great talent and scaling a successful team.
- Track record of adaptability while working in high growth, fast paced, or start up environments.
- Strong working knowledge of inbound and outbound tele-prospecting methodologies in an automated environment.
- Innovative and humble self-starter with the ability to train, coach and mentor individuals who embodies and demonstrates Optimism, Passion and Fun through high motivational energy.
- Ability to sit at the executive table and effectively interact with all levels of management across different departments utilizing excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
