Manager - Inside Sales - IT (5-8 yrs)
The main responsibilities for this role are summarized below :
- Enterprise Sales of cyber security, security automation, and IT process automation services
- The role requires sales & key account management to incubate and grow sales for the company services
- Achieve sales targets on a quarter-on-quarter basis with monthly goals to be managed by high degree for forecast accuracy
- Work with the core team and encourage cross team collaboration
- Work to build adequate sales pipeline and follow the rigors of pipeline management
- Responsible & accountable for entire target markets to achieve Overall Revenue Targets
- The role will begin as an individual contributor and would eventually require managing a small team
- The Inside Sales Manager could be required to travel to customer site to either lead or help with pre-sales and contract closure
- The Inside Sales Manager could be required to represent the company in industry events and conferences and should be comfortable presenting to large audience
Applicant :
The Successful Applicant will have most of the following attributes :
- A Bachelors Degree preferably in a technical field.
- 5-8 years of Inside Sales experience in Cyber Security services, IT Software, Hardware, Service, technology product or a similar field
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written) and a flair for professional communication
- Comfortable in presenting information to a variety of audience and tailor information according to the target audience.
- Comfortable in dealing with mid-level managers to C-level executives in target organizations
- Mature professional with an ability to work with limited supervision and manage under uncertainty
- An individual who can demonstrate ownership and entrepreneurial attitude
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
