Manager - Inside Sales - IT (5-8 yrs)

- Source new sales opportunities through outbound digital & email outreach, and cold calls.

- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic outreach and Lead Gen approaches

- Handle outbound (unsolicited prospect communication) and appropriately position business offerings

- Build a solid inside sales/lead generation team that exceeds sales goals

- Set weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals for the inside sales team.

- Monitor the Lead Generation Process, keep track of the quality and quantity of leads and generate reports that cover Lead forecasting, goals, and results

- Measure the performance of the inside sales team members and determine if existing practices and processes are generating adequate sales

- Suggest improvements to the Lead Generation processes as needed, implement improvements and monitor the impact of these changes over a determined period of time

- Partner with sales leaders of all geographies, for feedback and align to sales priorities

- Work closely with the Head of Sales and support in engaging with Key Accounts by qualifying prospects, coordinate onsite meetings and drive new opportunities

- Tailor pitch according to account/contact profile and effectively engage a prospect (at various stages of the sales cycle cold call/follow-up/presentation)

Requirements:

- 5 - 8 years of inside sales experience in a fast-growing HRMS/IT products/services company

- Presentable, good communication, well organized, self-motivated with a proven track record of success in B2B product sales

- Good Experience in Business Development, Market research, and lead handling

- Should have good sales exposure and well versed with CRM & other tools

- Successful previous experience as a team leader or an Inside sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Good organizational skills with the ability to learn things quickly and adapt to changing situations

- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, understandable terms

- Proven ability to drive the LeadGen process from plan to close

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

- Able to work in an extremely fast-paced, team environment; have an entrepreneurial mindset

- Capability to demonstrate the in house product

Good to have:

- MBA in Sales and Marketing

- Prior experience in selling to the BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, ITeS, Education and Hospitality sectors
