Manager - Inside Sales - IT (5-6 yrs)
- Strengthen pipeline by generating leads and opportunities.
- Manage the Inside Sales Team to support other sales/business development teams by outbound prospecting, follow up on leads and develop opportunities for the sales pipeline.
- Advise the team while maintaining a positive and motivational environment.
- Monitor performance to goals and ensure accountability.
- Drive accountability within the team to meet Sales Development goals and objectives.
- Execute and orchestrate gamification techniques to achieve goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with sales methods and process across sales development team.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of lead processes, metrics and activities.
- Manage sales activity, lead management and call processes in a leading CRM tool.
- Timely reporting to provide visibility of performance to goal.
- Ability to develop team.
Key Skills required :
- Minimum of 5+ years with a strong track record of sales development management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using leading CRM tools
- Process driven and strong analytics driven sales management.
- Ability to think outside the box and generate and implement new ideas.
- Strong team management and coaching/training skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
