Manager - Inside Sales IT
Location; Mumbai
CTC: up to15 lac p.a
Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (US Shifts)
- Male Applicants only as no transport provided
Requisite :
- Graduates with 5+ yrs of work experience in Inside Sales majorly IT Products
- Should work in the US shift
- Has to a have sales support background & Knowledge of System Integration, virtualization & other Products in Infra technology would be an added advantage
Job Profile :
- Interacting with US clients for fixing appointments for the sales personnel,
- Keeping records of clients visited, feedback received, next plan of action for particular clients etc.
- Updating reports & required documents for the field sales team, coordination with internal delivery teams to get the update on each project to deliver that is in progress.
- Manage end to end Client relations for business continuity, Up-selling and build in these accounts.
- Technical knowledge required preferably in virtualization good to have. Experience in the documentation related to sales Generating reports and keep the manager up to date on the progress.
