Manager - Inside Sales - IT (5-12 yrs)
- Strong hunting skills is a must
- >4 years of experience for enterprise software sales in Banking vertical is a must
- Proven track record of bringing multi-million USD leads from international market; Experience in Asia is desired
- Proficiency in engaging with the prospects through social media, email and calls
- Smart communication(oral and written), inter personal and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of Banking vertical; experience in lending domain is a plus
- Ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach
- Self-motivated individual with respect for the system and its people
- A keen learner who wants to learn about new products and technologies
- Focused on results and efficiencies
- Should be capable of handling high-pressure situations

Territory : Global Markets
Responsibilities :
- Carry QOQ quota for generating qualified leads using various outbound motions, tools and technologies
- Update leads/opportunities in CRM, generate reports, Analyse performance and work towards improving the outcomes
- Maintain high lead flow, high lead to opportunity conversion ratio
- KT to field sales on regular basis, introduce field sales to the prospect and ensure smooth transition without loss of communication
- Provide account, opportunity and buyer persona related intelligence to field sales, gather additional intelligence at regular intervals
- Maintain log of outbound sales efforts e.g. Linkedin, mail campaign, calls and submit periodic MIS
- Understand the prospect's business environment and communicates our value proposition leveraging the lending domain skills and product expertise
- Work closely with marketing, alliances and inside sales function to build the funnel and nurture the territory from mid to long term perspective
