Manager - Inside Sales - IT (4-6 yrs)
Job Description
- Build and increase overall qualified pipe for the Sales team
- Knowledgeable in B2B Sales Cycle
- Identify needs of the prospect, clarify relevant questions and understand if there are immediate opportunities available for sales engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities on CRM.
- Promote database clean-up and hygiene through regular and ongoing maintenance activities
- Identify prospect list and contribute to prospect nurture campaigns.
- Accountable for prospect meetings or exceeding monthly qualified lead objectives and quotas
- Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers
- A combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, LinkedIn InMail, etc.)
- Preferable experience in Salesforce.
- Generates sales leads / appointments by means of proactive outbound prospects.
Must Haves :
1. Inside sales experience in a B2B commercial software inside sales role in US Geography Primarily
2. Ability to operate independently with minimum support
3. 4+ years of Inside Sales/Lead Gen Experience
