Manager - Inside Sales - IT (3-7 yrs)
Looking for Inside Sales/ Business development people for International market (preferably Europe/ USA market) and Domestic ( Indian market ) for a start up engaged in ESG measuring, reporting, sustainability consulting for organizations.
- Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the North American/MiddleEast/Europe Consulting team
- Develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
- Develop new business mass communication such as email and social media to introduce within the target market.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine Solutions.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Create, nurture, and discover interest among your prospects so that your sales team can engage them proactively in conversation
- Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are tagged.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Weekly review of prospecting strategies and sales coaching
- Experience in market research or sustainability consulting would be an added advantage.
Experience: 3-7 years ( inside sales)
Location: Bangalore ( HSR L ayout)
