Position: Inside Sales Manager (Global Sales)
Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, set and track sales targets, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies. You will work closely with the sales team to improve sales administration processes, coordinate department projects, and achieve sales objectives. The role requires excellent communication skills to effectively handle clients from the North America (NA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. International B2B experience is a plus, but not specifically with an Edtech background.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
- Set ambitious sales targets for the team and monitor their progress, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales administration processes and implement effective strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Coordinate department projects, ensuring tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and deliverables are achieved.
- Regularly report on sales metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to senior management, making recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Post-graduation is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B international environment.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients from NA/APAC regions.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data, generating reports, and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary package: 15LPA - 10.5L Fixed & 4.5L Variable (70:30 Structure CTC).

Interview Process:
