Manager - Inside Sales - IT (1-5 yrs)
The Right Candidate :
An accomplished sales professional with extensive knowledge of the technology industry. Someone with experience marketing SaaS and PaaS solutions would be ideal. This is an individual contributor function with responsibilities for Business Development and revenue targets in a defined Indian territory.
Responsibilities:
- Prequalification, customer connect, support, and other processes are used to process inbound leads generated by marketing operations across all channels.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and present applicable solutions based on EnableX's product portfolio.
- During the sales cycle, provide sales support to prospects and organise technical support from the engineering team.
- Conduct independent outreach and processing after researching industries/companies to discover potential.
- As a paid customer, manage the whole sales process from lead creation through closing.
- Sales funnel improvement on a month-to-month basis
- Sales reporting
Requirements:
- Must have solid knowledge of CRMs (like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Must be driven and motivated
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Should have experience selling SaaS, PaaS products
- Experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, and Business Development is preferred
