Manager - Inside Sales - International Market - IT (5-10 yrs)
- Analyse and qualify leads .
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation and understanding project requirements.
- Assist in product demo, project analysis, customisation and costing.
- Closely work with marketing team for newsletters, blog writing and email campaign .
- Work closely with the stakeholders and sales leaders
- Business Development by tapping new accounts.
- Involve in Competitor Analysis and Market Research for client/account tapping.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned market.
- Timely Client Engagement with follow-up, offers, product updates and releases.
- Report creation of all the handled Accounts and regular status updating.
- Proficiency in Upselling and Cross Selling.
