Manager - Inside Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Driving sales growth for Inurance products and services is a critical responsibility of an inside sales manager in the banking sector.
Responsibility:
- Find, evaluate, and appoint competent Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) for the banking group
- Identifying customer needs, and refining their selling techniques by providing continuous coaching and mentoring.
- Create plans to produce qualified prospects via cold calling, inbound marketing, or recommendations.
- Set attainable and reasonable sales targets for the staff that are in line with the overall bank aims.
- Entails responding quickly to consumer questions, finding efficient solutions to problems, and establishing lasting connections.
- Keep current on the features, benefits, and cost structures of any insurance products and services that are available.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is necessary.
- A minimum of two years of sales management experience, ideally in the insurance sector.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and bargaining abilities.
- Excellent reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Candidate Required
- Pays 2.75 to 3.15 LPA + Incentive
- Age range: 21 to 38 years old
